Our commitment to local communities extends beyond business – it’s our genuine desire to collaborate and give back to the people that support us.

At the heart of our approach is our team, composed of passionate individuals who call WA home, who live in our regional communities and actively participate in community projects, local sport and volunteer their time to help others.

We proudly sponsor and support local events that bring people together – ranging from sporting organisations and community resources to primary and secondary schools and social activities. We prioritise building partnerships with local business and services that foster relationships and promote success for others and contribute to local thriving communities.

We are proud supporters of Active Farmers throughout Australia.

Their commitment is to build stronger and more resilient farming communities in rural Australia by providing a proactive program, designed for small farming districts with little sporting infrastructure.

The program brings communities together through regular group fitness, thus improving physical health and social connections, naturally improving mental health whilst building community resilience.

Elize Scheepers

“ Volunteering has given me the chance to give back to my community, build lasting friendships, and know that I’m making a real difference to people when they need it most.”

Elize embarked on her volunteering journey in 2016 and has continued her dedication and ongoing training ever since. Balancing a demanding role in the Delta Cadoux business, Elize typically dedicates two weekends a month to volunteering involving overnight stays away from her family (although she does say it’s sometimes like visiting her own holiday home!).

Throughout this time, Elize and her volunteer partners have helped innumerable people and it’s important to her that she has an opportunity to give back to the people in her community, to build friendships, to feel like she’s making a difference and to truly help those in need.
