GROW Program

The GROW program at Delta Agribusiness is dedicated to fostering leadership development within our network. Through the GROW program, team members have the chance to enhance their leadership skills by participating in workshops focused on key strategies such as negotiation, public speaking, financial literacy, profitability, and creative marketing. Open to all employees, this program encourages everyone to apply and seize the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

 

Senior Leaders Program

The Senior Leaders Program is a tailored 14-month professional development journey designed to enhance your leadership capabilities. Led by our executive coach, Troy Forrest, this program offers personalized one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom four times throughout the year. It also includes quarterly group "Masterclass" sessions and a series of four in-person facilitated workshops focused on key areas such as self-development, team management, business strategy, and cultural leadership. Moreover, the program concludes with a dynamic 3-day experiential learning workshop, providing you with the opportunity to apply and refine your leadership skills in high-pressure scenarios.
